Refund & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, kindly ensure to contact us via instagram, within 2 Days of your order. After 2 days any refund or exchange requests will be rejected.
Once we receive your request, please allow us 4 working days for processing.
Exchanges and refunds are issued within 5 to 7 working days of the request approval date.
Exchanges are subject to availability, if the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
The brand does not cover shipping fees for exchange or refund requests unless it’s due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Each product is entitled to one exchange or refund process.
Discounted & On sale items are non refundable, Only exchange with same item.
